Watercolour Hedgerows with Tom Shepherd £30

Explore Pembrokeshire’s fascinating hedgerow plants through the eyes of an artist! This two hour workshop will take place on Friday 8th May – 10am till 12pm. 

In a relaxed but productive atmosphere, you’ll learn easy-to-apply watercolour techniques to create beautiful paintings and studies of local hedgerow plants; all of which are foraged and used here at The Wild Emporium!

Watercolour is perfect for painting and sketching the fantastic colours, textures and shapes of flora! It gives fantastic results quickly and simply…if you’ve never picked up a brush and are keen to explore, this is the perfect place to begin!

If you’re already painting, whether you’re new to watercolour or have years under your belt, this is a fresh, unique way to explore Pembrokeshire’s seasonal flora through paint…or simply spend a relaxing couple of hours combining nature and art in the comfort of the Wild Emporium!

A quick demo or two will get you started, followed by plenty of one-to-one guidance as you develop your own pieces. This smaller workshop is also the perfect intro if you’d like to join a full day Forage and Paint Workshop.

• All materials included (you’re welcome to bring your own — suggested materials HERE)
• Minimum age: 15 yrs
• In order to cover our costs we need to sell a minimum of 3 places per workshop. Should we not reach our minimum numbers we will unfortunately have to cancel the event. Please check your spam/junk email folders the day before your event to ensure we have not contacted you about a potential cancellation.
• IMPORTANT: On your booking confirmation you will be sent a link for all participants to fill in our Participation Agreement and Consent Form. Please ensure this form link is forwarded to all members of your group booking. Participants under 18 years of age will need a parent or legal guardian to fill theirs in. This must be done BEFORE your session takes place.
