All of our shampoo bars contain our Really Wild seaweed extract formulation. Our Murky Mermaid bars also contain a wonderful blend of lavender and rosemary essential oils.
Whilst there may be an initial ‘settling in’ period when you move from chemical-based shampoos to natural alternatives, it’s worth sticking it out…
Give your hair a treat whilst ditching that plastic!
This shampoo bar either comes with a simple recyclable paper band (‘Naked’), in a reusable, recyclable aluminium tin (‘In a tin’), or as a round, slight smaller 70g bar in a tin (‘In a Round Tin’). Make your selection when adding the product to your basket (price variations will show once you have made your selection).
Our bespoke, hand-made shampoo bars contain natural ingredients and are skilfully made in small batches at the Really Wild Emporium. We use a traditional cold process technique to create the bars from scratch, so that we know exactly what goes into our products, ensuring a consistently high quality.
This is how Julia uses the shampoo bar: ’I wet my hair in the shower, rub the bar over my hair then I lather with my fingertips and rinse. I don’t need to repeat the process, but you might – we are all different! To finish, some people will use a simple acidic rinse to restore the pH of their hair afterwards. This is really easy – simply add 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar to a 1 litre jug of water and pour over your head.’
