With its bare wooden floors, original stained glass windows, quirky lighting and its corrugated iron counter; our small rustic restaurant is welcoming space to enjoy our ‘Really Wild’ food and drinks in beautiful Pembrokeshire.
We will be offering a number of different menus throughout the year; every menu is meticulously planned to make the most of the wild and seasonal foods available at the time. We are a growing, independent, local business, having to navigate a difficult economic time for hospitality businesses, so our offerings may vary season to season.
Really Wild Cake, Coffee & Soup
Wednesday to Sunday from 10am till 2pm (soup served 12pm-2pm)
Taster Menu
Thursday to Sunday evenings from 6.45pm – We have an exciting new Tasting Menu created by our talented Head Chef, Phill. This evening promises diners with exceptional flavours and textures from locally sourced wild and seasonal foods – you will not be disappointed! £75 per person. See our sample menu here. Christmas Set Menu
Between November 19th and December 20th we will be serving our Christmas Set Menu. Wednesday to Saturday evenings, and Friday lunch times. Choose from 2 or 3 courses and celebrate the festive season with a really wild evening out! Perfect for gatherings with family or friends or work parties!
We try and cater for those who have a furry friend (or three) as well as those who don’t feel comfortable around them. Our compromise is that we allow dogs in the Really Wild Cafe/Restaurant during daytime service, but not during evening service – we’re trying our hardest to keep everyone happy, and thank you for your understanding!
Our exceptional Really Wild Tasting Menu evenings presents diners with deliciously unique dishes, each one offering flavours from the wild. Our Plates Menus (available at certain times of the year) give those who like a choice the opportunity to try (or share) as many dishes as they would like (size wise think somewhere between tapas and a full meal!). Please see the above schedule before booking, to ensure you know which menu we are operating on the evening you would like to visit.
We will also be offering special event menus (such as our Christmas Set Menu) at various times of the year. If you are in any doubt about what we are offering and when, do give us a call on 01437 721755 where we will be happy to chat!
The wild can provide us with so much, so Nature is one of our main suppliers. We also have our two gardens (in Goat Street and Pigsfoot Lane) where we grow for the restaurant. Otherwise, we buy as locally as possible using wonderful producers who value the countryside and grow or make their produce with care.
